Smoked Salmon, Couscous and Peppadew® Mild Piquanté Peppers

  • 1 cup cous cous
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 500g smoked salmon
  • ½ cup garden peas, cooked/ 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • ½ cup Peppadew® Mild Piquanté Peppers Diced
  • 4 tbsp Pomegranate kernels
  • 80 g carrot ribbon
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Olive oil and balsamic for dressing
Préparation
  1. In a bowl add the cous cous, stock, garlic salt and hot water, mix well
  2. Cover the bowl and leave for 5 minutes
  3. Loosen the cous cous with a fork
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients evenly in a bowl and serve
