Préparation
  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them after removing the skin.
  2. Add some curry powder, chili, salt, pepper and coriander according to your taste. Mix well and the peas and stir again.
  3. Fill each pastry roll with stuffing.
  4. In a wok, heat oil and fry the samosas until golden.
