  • 250g yellow split peas (dholl petits pois)
  • 2 red dried chillies
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped shallots
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • salt
  • Rani vegetable oil (For frying)
  1. Wash and soak the yellow split peas..
  2. Drain water and mash dholls (yellow split peas) in a blender.
  3. In a bowl, mix dholls and all the other ingredients.
  4. Then make small balls and fry in hot oil
