250g yellow split peas (dholl petits pois)
2 red dried chillies
2 tbsp finely chopped shallots
2 tbsp cilantro chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
salt
Rani vegetable oil (For frying)
Préparation
Wash and soak the yellow split peas..
Drain water and mash dholls (yellow split peas) in a blender.
In a bowl, mix dholls and all the other ingredients.
Then make small balls and fry in hot oil
