Préparation
Faites cuire le poulpe 20 min à l’autocuiseur.
Pendant ce temps préparez la vinaigrette avec l’huile d’olive vierge extra Olivor, le jus du citron, de l’ail et du persil.
Le poulpe étant cuit, coupez-le en dés de 2 à 3 cm et le mélanger à la vinaigrette.
